Scoreboard
The sidebar scoreboard on the right edge of the screen. Staff create official templates in the dashboard; players use /sb to pick one, build a custom scoreboard or hide it.
License: the scoreboard is part of core (Basis) and therefore of the free base by default (like punishments, reports, lobby). Which modules are free can change – the dashboard shows locked modules grayed out.
Enabling
- Runs with the
coremodule, nothing extra to enable. The service and the command are the featuressvc:scoreboardandcmd:scoreboardand can be moved to another module in the dashboard under Server → Zuordnung ("Assignment") (see Modules & Presets). - Without a single template, every server shows a built-in Standard scoreboard with rank, coins, online and server.
Templates in the dashboard
Administration → Scoreboard (permission eternal.web.scoreboard.manage). A live preview shows the result. Servers reload the templates every 30 s.

For players: /sb
/sb (alias of /scoreboard) opens a menu:
- Templates – the lore of every template shows a preview with your own values; a click selects it.
- Eigenes Scoreboard ("Custom scoreboard") – opens the builder.
- Show/hide the sidebar.

In the builder, every player puts together their own sidebar from elements – at most 13 at a time:

Working with other plugins
Every player gets their own scoreboard that mirrors the main scoreboard – so name tags, tab colors and other plugins keep working. Another plugin's global sidebar is only replaced for players who show Eternal's sidebar.

Eternal hides the red score numbers on the right edge only on Paper from 1.20.3; on older versions and on Spigot they stay visible. More in Versions & compatibility.

All three calls need eternal.web.scoreboard.manage.
Common pitfalls
- A new template does not appear: wait up to 30 s; if the template has a permission, only players with that permission see it.
- Lines are cut off: on 1.8–1.12, only 32 characters per line are possible.
- Red numbers on the right: hiding them only works on Paper from 1.20.3.
- Another plugin's sidebar is gone: it is only replaced while the player shows Eternal's sidebar –
/sb offbrings it back.
